You aren't going to be his/her first, his/her last, or his only. He's/She's loved before. He/She will love again. But if he/she loves you now, what else matters? He's/She's not perfect. You aren't either. And the two of you will never be perfect. But if he/she can make you laugh at least once, cause you to think twice, and admits to being human and making mistakes, hold on to him/her and give him/her the most you can. He's/She's not going to quote poetry. He's/She's not going to be thinking of you every moment. But he/She will give you a part of him that he/she knows you can break. So, don't hurt him/her. Don't change him/her. Don't expect more than he/she can give you. Try not to over-analyze. Smile when he/she makes you happy, yell when he/she makes you mad. And miss him/her, when he's/she's not there.
